Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions on this page shall be valid for the entire business relationship between Artransmitte (and its agents) and the customer ordering items through the online-shop: artransmitte . The customer acknowledges these terms and conditions shall be legally binding for current and future purchases and any disputes will be settled through the courts of England, irrespective of your place of residence. You also acknowledge that the terms may be updated occasionally.

Order Process and Specifics All offers on this website are not binding and are without commitment. They must be understood as an invitation to the customer (also referred to as you or your) to make an offer (known as "invitation to treat"). After placing an order, you will receive an email from Artransmitte and its agents (also referred to as we, us or our) acknowledging that we have received your order. This email does not mean that your order has been accepted. Artransmitte and its agents will review the offer and a valid contract will only come into effect once we send written confirmation via email that the order is being processed for delivery. In order to place a request for an order, you will be required to provide payment from your credit card or Paypal account, however this does not indicate acceptance of the order as a contract has not yet been formed. If your order request is rejected after payment has been made, the processing of a full refund will be put in place immediately. Should our suppliers not provide the online store with an item that you ordered, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract with you. In this case, we will notify you as soon as possible, to let you know that the ordered item(s) is not available. We will begin processing a full refund of the item(s) ordered and unavailable immediately. You must confirm that all details you provide to us requesting goods are true and accurate and you are the authorised user of the Credit Card or Paypal account, where there are sufficient funds in the account to cover the cost of the goods ordered. If any changes occur it is your responsibility to inform us. Please note we will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error.

Payment While we do provide customers with the opportunity to get an idea of what the cost of items on our website will be in Euros and Dollars, all transactions will be carried out in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Customers will not be charged VAT or tax. We accept most major Credit Cards and Paypal payments. The online goods ordered will not be shipped until the customer's funds have been paid to Artransmitte (and its agents) and have cleared in full.

Delivery and Associated Topics Purchased orders will be processed for delivery through the Royal Mail or Parcelforce. We aim to provide the shipping provider with your order within 24-hours of your payment received. However please note that orders received on a Friday will not be sent out until the following Monday. Items that are ordered, paid for, and accepted will be delivered from Artransmitte (and its agents) to the address that you provided in your order request, if not agreed upon differently. We cannot guarantee or be held liable for the period required for delivery by our postal/shipping suppliers; the timelines provided on the Artransmitte website are to be used as guidelines of what the postal/shipping carriers expect and use to base their prices on. The risk of accidental loss or destruction of your order passes to you once your purchased goods are given to the designated postal/shipping company by Artransmitte (or its agents).

Important Note: Customs Charges If you live outside of the United Kingdom, you may be issued import duties and taxes which are imposed once the package reaches the country you requested delivery to. These additional charges must be assumed by you and we have no control over them or the responsibility of their payment. Since we cannot predict how much these charges will be and customs vary country to country, please contact you local customs office for further information.

Returns Policy You are entitled to cancel your order in writing within 7 working days of receiving your goods, in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive. This does not include toys or clothes that are part of a blind box/bag set (unless there is a significant manufacturers flaw), dvds that have been opened, items that are not with their original packaging, or clothes that do not include their tags. If you wish to cancel an order you will need to log onto our website in order to fill out and send an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) to Artransmitte. Within the RMA you must explain the exact fault or reason you desire to return the item. You will receive a response to your RMA with approval or denial for your sending an item back to us. If you have been approved to send back an item, you must return the product within 7 working days of receiving your package to the address provided via email. If the item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition to resell it, the request for the return will ultimately be rejected. Items claimed to be damaged and without original tags or packaging may also be declined. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, as the product is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot provide a refund or exchange until a return has successfully reached us and been authorized that it is a valid return. Once the product has been authorized as being an acceptable return, we will refund the amount you paid for the product (not including the original shipping and handling fees charged) to your credit card or Paypal account within 15 working days.
